MOT for your Mac
This is a one off service to check software issues, ensuring software is as up to date as possible, defragment drive if required, system optimisation and general performance advice. This can either be done on site or by collection and delivery service.
On-site visit
Call out to your premises and provide troubleshooting and assistance or advice. We can also provide installation and configuration or new hardware, software and data transfer if required.

What we do
We can supply and install complete office or home networks (wired, wireless or both), set up and configure OS X Server, create bespoke backup solutions for any data size and integrate all of this in a cross platform network. We can also take care of any out of warranty Mac repair, upgrade your Mac and recover data from badly damaged hard drives. Basically, anything and everything IT.
Support options
Ad hoc
Most of our clients use us on an ad hoc basis at our standard rate of labour. When possible we can also provide a fixed price for a support call so you have peace of mind that regardless of the time spent on-site its not going to cost the earth.
Maintenance contracts
We also offer bespoke maintenance contracts to suit you needs and requirements. With our maintenance contracts you pay us a monthly retainer which guarantees that we will have an engineer onsite within 4 or 8 hours. Phone support
Our regular clients benefit from free telephone support, peace of mind to know that someone is there on the end of the phone should an unexpected emergency arise.
Workshop repairs
Bring your machine to our workshop and benefit from a reduced hourly rate. Our opening hours are 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. It may be possible to get your machine to us outside of these hours so please contact us.
